Health Safety and Wellbeing Coordinator / System Administrator

About the Role
This dual-function role supports the effective implementation and ongoing improvement of our Health Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) systems. Youll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day HSW activities managing system administration and supporting reporting and compliance processes.
What Youll Be Doing
- Administer and coordinate HSW systems and reporting tools (Power BI Smartsheet)
- Support RTWSA documentation and self-insurance requirements
- Maintain legal and risk registers contractor and chemical registers
- Coordinate audits inspections and training schedules
- Assist with HSW learning modules and wellbeing initiatives
- Provide admin support for HSW meetings and governance activities
- Process HSW-related invoices and manage accurate data entry
- Support social compliance activities including SMETA administration

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
