Registered Dietitian Part-Time or Full-Time Weymouth MA
Nutrition That Works LLC is seeking a registered dietitianto support a long-term care and subacute rehab facility in Weymouth opportunity starts in Julyfor 16-40hours/week onsite. This position is for amaternity coverage.

Experience: LTC MDS and survey experiencepreferred
EMR: Point Click Care (PCC)
Your AssignmentWill Include:
- Completingnutritional assessments and maintaining documentation
- Documentingwith the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical recordsystem
- Collaborating withthe interdisciplinary care plan team andfood service team
- Calculations and recommendations for enteralfeedings
- Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
- Completing MDS - Section K
- Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA
Requirements:
- Credentialed as aRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)through the CDR
- Licensed in Massachusetts(must be active prior to start date)
- Must pass a pre-employment screening process including background and health checks
