The Opportunity:

The purpose of this role is to lead the strategic development and continuous enhancement of Information Technology (IT) processes ensuring the delivery of effective technology solutions aligned with business requirements. This role involves directing the delivery of systems and services within a division contributing to global infrastructure strategy managing key third-party relationships and ensuring operational excellence in service delivery to drive overall effectiveness of Technology Services.

Location: Sun Prairie WI

Work Arrangement: This role is a hybrid role requiring 8-12 days/month in the office

The starting salary range for this role is between $148000-$222000

Your New Role:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team across Workplace Services Unified Comms & Collaboration and Networks ensuring capability and capacity align with business demand.
  • Act as a key escalation and decision point guiding risk management practices and reporting critical IT risks to leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with both Group and Divisional teams to drive alignment process improvements help shape strategic direction and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Ensure that documentation is complete of high-quality and is shared appropriately to stakeholder groups across the enterprise.
  • Oversee the performance and quality of third-party providers and internal services ensuring consistent service levels and adherence to SLAs.
  • Drive efficiencies within your technical scope through consolidation of products where possible
  • Manage financial awareness within the teamforecasting needs reviewing costs and applying a commercial lens to technology planning.
  • Communicate complex decisions and processes clearly to stakeholders building understanding and trust across a diverse global audience.

Our idea candidate for this role will possess:

  • Proven experience as a people manager within a large complex or global organization.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills with a patient and process-guiding approach.
  • A robust understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure preferably across workplace services unified comms and networks.
  • Ability to navigate and manage the demands of a global cross-time-zone role.
  • Financially literate with the ability to consider cost implications in technical planning.
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams and driving cross-functional outcomes.
  • Adaptable leadership style that supports a diverse and varied team of professionals.

Work Experience:

Necessary Work Experience includes:

  • Significant relevant experience.

Preferred Work Experience includes:

  • Experience implementing large complex projects.
  • Experience managing or leading others in a service-oriented process-driven environment.
  • Increasing levels of responsibility.

Qualifications:

Necessary Qualifications include:

  • Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations Certificate in Information Technology Service Management.

Compensation Package: The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the roles complexity its location and the candidates professional background including their education and experience. Beyond the base salary regular full-time and part-time employees will also be eligible for QBEs annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual encourage all candidates to apply even if their salary expectations fall outside of this range as we are committed to finding the right fit for our team.
