CoStar Realty Information Inc. seeks a Software Engineer to design and build distributed API-driven user systems. Produce robust efficient and maintainable code using object-oriented programming languages. Drive and maintain software design development standards and code reviews. Evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities trends and best practices that can be leveraged to strengthen CoStars technology platform and develop standard practices. Troubleshoot and fix issues in software code. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field and 6 months of experience with architecting designing and building large-scale distributed services-oriented systems and web applications in an agile environment. Experience must include at minimum: 6 months of experience with object-oriented language including C# .NET Framework JavaScript; 6 months of experience with web frameworks including MVC and AngularJS; 6 months of experience with SQL Server databases and TransactSQL; 6 months of experience with data modeling; and 6 months of experience with performance tuning.
