Join our dynamic team as a Payroll Specialist! We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual passionate about payroll and customer service. In this role you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of timekeeping and payroll for multiple locations and states within our organization.
As the Payroll Specialist you will manage the full-cycle processing of semi-monthly payroll for over 150 employees across multiple states. This includes calculations for employee wages bonuses ensuring accurate payment for overtime vacation and holiday hours based on state and local requirements. You will handle payroll-related inquiries investigate and resolve pay issues and work with both the Accounting and HR teams. Additionally you will audit payroll transactions generate reports for Controller review and stay updated on multi-state and local wage laws.
