Job Description
Spreetail is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead to lead day-to-day activities with responsibility for the overall safety quality performance and team member experience of Fulfillment Center Operations in Germany.
How you will achieve success
- Set and clarify departmental requirements and expectations while creating an environment of teamwork collaboration and open communication.
- Understand safety procedures ensure safe working practices and document accidents/incidents in a timely manner
- Drive results and approach obstacles proactivelybyprioritizingappropriatelytomeet deadlines
- Ensure company policies are communicated and enforced consistentlyandprovide progressivecorrective actionwhere required
- Recognize mentorandprovide training and development to optimize performance create organizational depth and individual growth in addition to ensuring timecard and pay accuracy.
What experience will help you in this role
- Dedicated to quality and high standardswith impeccable attention to detail
- Experience working in a fulfillment center environment walking and standing for extended periods of time lifting to 30KG bending and using mechanical equipment as part of production activities
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to handle ambiguity changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
- Experienced in MS Office and other operating systems
