Project Manager ICI Interiors
Toronto $110K$125K Bonus Benefits
Were partnered with a reputable Interior ICI General Contractor with deep roots in the GTA. Theyre looking to add a Project Manager to their Toronto office someone experienced in corporate commercial fit-outs who can lead projects confidently and keep clients happy.
What Youll Be Doing:
Oversee and deliver high-end commercial interior construction projects across the GTA
Manage client expectations schedules and budgets from kickoff to closeout
Take ownership of project profitability and customer satisfaction
Support marketing efforts RFPs and client presentations
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants trades and team members
What You Bring:
35 years of PM experience in the commercial interiors space
Post-secondary education in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Track record of managing multiple fit-out projects in a fast-paced environment
Professional client-first approach
Well-versed in scheduling budgeting and project documentation
Nice to Have:
Confidence presenting during RFPs and client meetings
Business-savvy organized and solution-oriented
Experience delivering a range of projects in size scope and complexity
The Offer:
Salary: $110K$125K
Annual bonus (discretionary)
Stock options after 1 year (discretionary)
