Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced or Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join the BPS team based out of Salt Lake City or West Jordan Utah.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and diverse team. In this role you will partner with our Manufacturing and Quality teams on compliance BPS 5S and FOD prevention as well as audit and assess manufacturing teams/areas across the 3 buildings that make up Boeing Salt Lake. You will have the opportunity to lead and guide problem solving initiatives and determine new best practices as they relate to internal audit finding resolutions. Your role is to primarily ensure that our cross-functional teams are compliant as well as communicate best practices across the 3 buildings.
Position Responsibilities:
- Ensures and assess Compliance to Processes and Procedures
- Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
- Analyzes and interprets data
- Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk
- Works with organizations to develop strategies plans and metrics to achieve business objectives
- Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
- Works under minimal direction
- Acts as Boeing Salt Lake Manufacturing focal for compliance (5S/FOD/Internal Audit/WIAC/PASA)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3 years of experience in an aerospace fabrication or manufacturing environment
- 3 years of experience in performing data analysis
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- 1 years of experience working with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)
- 5 years of experience with Project Management
- 1 years of experience with internal auditors

Level 3 (Experienced): $90000 -$100 000
Level 4 (Senior): $106200 - $118000
