WHO YOU ARE:

As a Performance Marketing Sr. Manager youll be the strategic and operational lead for our paid acquisition program responsible for managing $20M in annual spend across channels like Paid Social SEM Programmatic Influencer and future bets. Were looking for someone who can think in CAC and LTV move fast collaborate cross-functionally and bring ideas to life through data and experimentation. Youll work closely with our agencies and internal teams own the forecasting and P&L and lead the charge on creative testing and full-funnel impact.

WHAT YOULL DO:

  • Own strategy and execution across Paid Social Influencer Programmatic and emerging channels
  • Manage performance agency relationships and hold them accountable to efficiency and volume KPIs
  • Forecast pace and optimize toward CAC ROAS and lead quality goals
  • Brief and traffic creative assets for legal approvals (with support and automation tools)
  • Lead creative testing initiatives with an eye toward continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Content SEO and Product Marketing on integrated campaigns
  • Launch new channels and sunset ineffective ones
  • Translate data into insights and insights into decisions; move with agility and urgency
  • Work cross-functionally with Legal on consent disclosures and ad copy best practices
  • Work with Operations on delivering desired lead mix

WHAT YOULL NEED:

  • 46 years of paid media or growth experience
  • Experience managing >$5M budgets and agency partners
  • Strong performance mindset (data creative testing forecasting)
  • Creative thinker with a get-it-done attitude
  • Financial fluency can own a P&L build a forecast and catch anomalies early
  • Respectful challenger who pushes for better not just more
  • Experience in legal-regulated industries (insurance finance health) is a plus
