Job Description
Senior Project Manager Commercial Roofing
Location: Austin TX
Salary: $120000 $150000 base bonus vehicle allowance benefits
We are a leading commercial roofing and waterproofing contractor with a strong foundation in Texas and a track record of excellence across high-profile projects. With thriving operations in both San Antonio and Austin were looking to add a Senior Project Manager who can take ownership of complex projects lead with confidence and contribute to a legacy of craftsmanship and reliability.
What Youll Do:
- Manage all phases of commercial roofing projects from pre-construction to closeout
- Oversee subcontractors schedules budgets and safety protocols
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
- Lead project teams to deliver exceptional work on time and within budget
- Track project progress forecast costs and support ongoing process improvements
- 8 years of project management experience in commercial roofing or general construction
- Proven track record of leading large-scale reroof and new construction projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with TPO Modified Bitumen and Waterproofing systems preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore Microsoft Project etc.)
- Work on standout commercial projects with well-defined processes and support
