Are you passionate about ensuring integrity and regulatory adherence in a dynamic industry We are seeking a Director of Compliance to lead our team in upholding the highest standards of legal and regulatory compliance throughout our product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Excellence: Lead our compliance efforts ensuring strict adherence to gaming laws equipment testing requirements and safety standards.
- Risk Management: Identify assess and mitigate risks related to compliance safeguarding against legal reputational and operational challenges.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement robust compliance policies and procedures ensuring clarity and adherence across the organization.
- Internal Oversight: Establish and maintain internal controls to uphold the integrity of our operations and ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Audits and Assurance: Coordinate internal and external audits inspections and regulatory inquiries fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Training and Empowerment: Educate and empower team members through comprehensive compliance training fostering a proactive compliance culture.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Auditing or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within compliance regulatory affairs or the gaming industry.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of gaming regulations and standards with a proven track record in compliance management.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical prowess adept problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
