What we are looking for:
We are looking for a hard-working enthusiastic person to assist our technicians and customers with parts/accessories for their vehicles in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:
Retail Counter
- Immediately acknowledge customers and assist them in procuring the needed parts and accessories
- Track lost sales
- Answer incoming phone calls within the third ring politely identifying the department and your name
- Prepare billing documentation utilizing the ERA system (will train)
Internal Counter
- Immediately acknowledge and assist the internal customers including but not limited to technicians sales personnel and managers
- Fill orders from current stock and/or procure needed parts by sourcing from other dealers or from the manufacturer utilizing the daily orders or critical orders
- Discuss availability issues with your manager and other associated internal personnel
- Prepare billing documentation utilizing the ERA system (will train)
- Deliver parts to the technicians when warranted
- Additional responsibilities to be determined later
Qualifications:
- Parts Department Experience is required
- Ford experience is preferred but not required
- Reynolds and Reynolds DMS experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with the public and communicate effectively
- Must posses proficient organizational skills
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
