JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct the Warranty Process in a timely manner for all assigned locations.
- Submit daily pre-authorizations this includes checking for recalls at time of submittal and escalating denied pre-authorizations as required.
- Update daily work orders with authorization information while ensuring all work order statuses are current.
- Submit daily Claims and create parts labels for return.
- Coordinate with Warranty Market Manager daily on workload and progress.
- Uphold yourself and locations to Blue Compass standard of excellence core values and culture.
