Job Description
The HRIS Consultant will work collaboratively with the Human Resources Department to support the integrity and reliability of the HRIS database (Workday) provides data through various reporting methods and acts as a HRIS super user. Performs routine administrative tasks in support of the HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) group. Inputs data into a computer processing system and reviews outputs for accuracy. Consult with HR managers and other departments to determine HRIS needs. Document identify HR concerns compile data analysis reports. Collect organize analyze and interpret data contained within the HRIS database. Provides trending reports to manager as needed.
Additional Job Description
Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent Work Experience: 5 years for support or 0-2 years for professional.
Workday experience preferred.
