Job Description
Position responsibilities include management and growth of Lind Companies real estate portfolio facilities and fleet assets. Landowner and vendor relations new location development and permitting are core responsibilities.

Major Activities and Responsibilities:
Property owner relations
Permitting & Government Relations- Manage and grow a large portfolio of leases easements and site purchases
New site research & development- Facilities & Building Management
Sales Marketing Updates
Fleet maintenance & insurance tracking
Vendor relations and management
Rental payment administration
Account records maintenance
Coordination with company legal counsel and real estate recordings & proceedings
Knowledge Skills and Abilities Requirements:
- Works well in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of multitasking skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Adobe Software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
- Skill in working independently and following through on assignments with minimal direction
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ohio regional travel
