What they do
This commercial multifamily and residential contractor offers a wide range of services including new roof installation repairs replacements emergency services and service plans and inspections working with various roof types such as TPO PVC EPDM shingles tile and metal.
What you will be doing
- Managing some of the largest project within the business
- Coordinating between subs site office vendors and customers
- Training and mentoring more junior project managers
- Managing billings and monitoring budgets; report any changes
What we need from you
- Experience in commercial roofing project management
- Strong technical knowledge of low-slope roofing systems (TPO PVC EPDM BUR etc.)
- Experience managing multiple projects for different clients as well as managing and mentoring other project managers
