This full-time position is based at Correction Enterprises located at 2020 Yonkers Road Raleigh and reports directly to the Director. The role functions as an Executive Assistant with some operational responsibilities to support the Directors office.

Proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
Documented experience using Microsoft Office products (Word Outlook Excel etc.) to perform general office tasks including calendar management report preparation and correspondence drafting.
Demonstrated ability to maintain excellent organizational skills and establish priorities despite frequent shifts in work-related tasks.
Documented ability to independently analyze and interpret policies and procedures to resolve problems and address questions.
Demonstrated experience in researching compiling assimilating and organizing both printed and electronic information.
Proven thorough working knowledge of operating computers scanners copiers telephones and other office equipment.
