Senior Physiotherapist - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
The Park Hospital
37.5 Hours & Fixed Term
Salary: Up to 43680.00 per year (depending on level of experience training and qualification)
We have an opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in thePhysiotherapydepartment.
This is a full- time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
Independently assess and treat patients with more complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings.
Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery function and independence.
Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions accordingly ensuring high standards of clinical care.
Manage a designated caseload efficiently prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.
Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to support safe effective and timely patient care.
Contribute to continuity of care by supporting patient transitions between services.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
Solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas.
Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal abilities.
Commitment to team working and service improvement.
