Registered Nurse Days (RGN or RMN)
23 per hour Full-Time or Part-Time Dementia & Nursing Care
Be part of a brand-new nursing team at a care home entering an exciting new chapter.
Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference in older adult care Were recruiting for day shifts at a care home currently transitioning from residential to full nursing provision and were building a strong supportive team from the ground up.
Whether youre an RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) if you bring clinical confidence and a passion for person-centred care we want to hear from you.
As a Registered Nurse Days youll deliver hands-on high-quality nursing care to residents many of whom live with dementia or complex health needs. Youll work collaboratively with a newly formed multidisciplinary team helping to shape a positive and inclusive care culture from the start.
What Were Looking For
- Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
- Experience in elderly care dementia care or similar environments
- Confidence in leading care during day shifts
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A warm patient-centred approach to care

What Youll Be Doing
- Deliver safe effective and compassionate care during day shifts
- Create and update personalised care plans with the wider clinical team
- Administer medications and manage clinical interventions
- Monitor residents wellbeing and escalate concerns as needed
- Guide and support care assistants with best practice
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold care standards
- Communicate openly with families and support their involvement in care
