Why your Role Matters
The Employee Relations (ER) Officer is part of the Employee Relations team which is responsible for providing timely and accurate advice to UNSW management and the People & Culture team on a range of employee relations and industrial relations issues.
The role will contribute to the development of human resources and employee relations practices policies and procedures at UNSW. The Employee Relations Officer will also play a key role in supporting the Head ER Advisory / Conduct & Complaints and the team as required with a range of matters including case management industrial disputes and projects. Skills & Experience summary:
Were looking for an experienced ER Officer in the ER or HR space with excellent administrative skills strong organisational abilities and confidence working with systems and databases to join a team passionate about being trusted advisors in the promotion of a culture of respect and integrity.
