Job Description
Commissionaires BC is currently looking for security guards to work at a residential building in downtown Vancouver.
Schedules:
- Sunday to Thursday 10 pm till 6am
- Friday and Saturday 4pm to 11pm
- Friday and Saturday 11pm till 6am
Payrate: $20.50/hr
Your Must-Haves:
- A valid BC Security License
- Fluent English written verbal and reading skills
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Provide superior customer service toresidents of the building
- Perform regular exterior and interior patrols managing any trespassing concerns
- Provide access control and front desk duties
- Respond to alarms
- Investigate security incidents escalating as necessary
- Maintains a safe environment for all personnel and the public
- Keep a written log of all incidenceand occurrences
Your Nice to Haves:
- Class 5 drivers license
- Experience working in a residential building
- OFA 1

Commissionaires provides security services for over 200 sites and are located in over 110 communities across the province. Our client base runs from the Federal Government to local municipalities airports industrial sectors and commercial/residential buildings.
Our guards are not only behind the scenes providing security and access control but front and centre providing valued customer service to the public.
