About the role
Were looking for a full-time customer-focused Implementation Consultant to join our Delivery Services team based in Perth. Youll play a key role in delivering smooth effective implementations of our software working directly with clients to configure train and support them as they adopt Quartex platforms.
In this role you will:
- Lead end-to-end software implementations from scoping and setup to go-live
- Deliver training and workshops tailored to each clients needs
- Ensure clients are supported throughout onboarding and beyond
- Collaborate with Sales Product and Customer teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Build strong client relationships and share feedback to drive product improvements
- Work across solutions in Workforce Management Health and Safety and Governance Risk and Compliance
- Gain exposure to products including but not limited to INX InFlight SAM InControl InHealth and Preserve
- Apply product expertise alongside strong communication and project coordination skills
About you
Youre someone who enjoys solving problems building trust and getting things done. Youre calm under pressure adaptable in changing environments and confident leading client-facing work.
Youll ideally bring:
- 1 years of experience in software implementation or technical onboarding
- Strong communication and workshop delivery skills (remote and face-to-face)
- Experience in safety compliance logistics or training environments such as FIFO or WHS
- Ability to follow structured implementation processes and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with tools like SQL or experience with platforms such as INX InControl SAM or InTuition is preferred
- Qualifications in WHS Compliance Logistics or Training & Assessment is desirable
