Team member package - A base salary of $90000 - 125000pa depending on experience plus car pooling arrangement may be available a work laptop and phone to separate work and play and an efficiency payment structure to reward your efforts.

Senior OccupationalTherapist or Team Leader role at NeuroRehab
We are searching for a creative and confidentSenior Occupational Therapistor Team Leader to join our supportive multidisciplinary team at ourHobartclinic. If you are an early career Occupational Therapist& believe you can manage a complex caseload with the desire to progress your career we would love to hear from you.
The position is ideal for applicants with full-time availability however applications with part-time availability or those seeking school-friendly hours are encouraged to apply.
The caseload will be working with the adult population and assisting people with traumatic brain injury stroke spinal cord injury MS cerebral palsy intellectual disability and a diverse range of other neurological conditions.
Clinical snapshot:
- Delivery of therapeutic services including OT assessmentsinterventions treatment planningeducation and reporting.
- Supervision of less experienced OTs.
- Contribution to screening of new referrals delegation of referrals to staff and clinical risk management planning
- Opportunities to participate inprojects and innovative service development for the Department and wider MDT.
- Hands-on with the recruitment process for new team members. If you have an eye for people and OT skills building the team is a rewarding experience!
- Prescription and funding requests of AT as required.
- Collaborate with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team..

Skills And Experiences
Requirements
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- 4 - 5 years of Occupational Therapy experience.
- Successful candidates are required to undertake a Police Check Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screen.
- COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination.
Desirable
- Experience working within an NDIS framework.
- Familiarityknowledge and understanding of prescribinga range of assistive technology.
