Whats the role
Youll be the go-to person for all things performance and rewardbringing strategy to life making data sing and helping leaders make smart fair decisions about how we recognise and reward our people. This is a full-time gig based in the heart of Sydney. Expect a fast-paced rhythm from September to December but we promise its worth it.
Youll work closely with passionate HR pros business leaders and our Reward Centre of Excellence to make sure our reward programs are not just compliantbut compelling.
What do I need
- A knack for turning complex data into clear actionable insights (Excel is your playground).
- Experience in performance reward and remunerationthis isnt your first rodeo.
- Confidence to consult influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management skills that keep things moving and people aligned.
- A curious mind and a commercial edgeyou get the why behind the numbers.
