Responsibilities Include:
Manage and process accounts payable and receivable
Oversee vendor payments and maintain accurate records
Review and reconcile out-of-state bills and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory standards
Assist with payroll review and processing across various locations
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows
Support month-end close and reporting processes
Ideal Qualifications:
Experience in AP AR and payroll functions
Familiarity with reviewing and processing out-of-state invoices
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
