Key job responsibilities
- Develops and manages comprehensive enablement frameworks to help field teams leverage partnership assets effectively
- Creates and operates scalable mechanisms for tracking partnership utilization and measuring program effectiveness
- Oversees day-to-day communication with field marketing teams and manages regular capability presentations
- Establishes and maintains documentation of best practices use cases and success stories to drive field adoption
- Manages measurement of Integrated Tentpole Campaigns including tracking across the marketing funnel reporting on outcomes and feeding into our measurement tools.
- Ownership of SSEP productivity tools: Airtable (collaborative project management) and Workfront (intake workflow management)
- Manages the development and maintenance of partnership asset libraries and templated materials
- Creates regular reporting on partnership utilization and effectiveness across GEOs
- Identifies opportunities for process automation and improvement to support rapid scaling

- 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email web analytics and CRM (Marketo Tableau Salesforce etc.) for targeting segmentation reporting for demand generation
- Experience using customer research hard data and metrics to back up assumptions generate forecasts and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Fluency in Adobe Workfront and Airtable

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
