Role Definition

• Determine and execute the steps necessary to properly book and fund a transaction ensuring all accounting and tax implications are considered and correct prior to booking and funding a transaction.

Responsibilities

• Review booking packages created for End of Lease processing for booking & funding of customer transactions.
• Communicates with internal Caterpillar Financial departments to ensure that any missing or inaccurate items within the booking package finance quote or transaction are resolved efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships working effectively with others inside and outside of the company.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage numerous tasks with strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Skill Required:

• Information Capture: Knowledge of the methods channels and processes to obtain needed information; ability to identify capture and document relevant business information in an auditable organized understandable and easily retrievable manner.
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
• Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
• Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
• Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives projects groups or activities making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
• Producing Results: Understanding of the criticality of getting things done despite current circumstances and the ability to utilize assigned resources and leverage back-channel resources (individuals or teams) to achieve or exceed planned outcomes.

Additional information:

• This position requires the successful candidate to work full time 5 days per week in the Nashville main office.

Summary Pay Range:
