Job Description

What you will do...


As the Property Demand Generation and Brand Analyst you will support the strategic marketing and branding efforts for Bridge Property Managements portfolio of affordable single-family and multifamily properties. Under the direction of the Digital Demand Generation team you will assist in executing digital marketing campaigns managing brand consistency and analyzing performance metrics to drive demand and optimize marketing performance.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in developing and executing cost-effective property-specific marketing plans.

  • Support digital marketing efforts including search engine marketing (SEM) search engine optimization (SEO) and social media advertising.

  • Manage and optimize property listings on Internet Listing Services (ILS) platforms.

  • Create maintain and implement branded templates across marketing campaigns.

  • Compile marketing performance reports and deliver actionable insights.

  • Track marketing budgets and report on campaign effectiveness.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and physical marketing assets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet property marketing needs.

  • Support the marketing transition of properties during acquisition and disposition including digital asset transfer and social media updates.

To qualify you will need:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing business communications or related field preferred (but not required).

  • 02 years of experience in marketing digital advertising or real estate (internships and relevant coursework considered).

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics SEO/SEM and social media advertising a plus.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); willingness to learn property management platforms (Entrata Yardi etc.).

  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Passion for real estate marketing and an eagerness to grow within the industry.

  • 401K:Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company you will be eligible per birth adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth adoption or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
