Are you passionate about cars take pride in your work and have leadership experience in the auto detailing industry DoubleTake Auto Spaone of the Bay Areas highest-rated detailing and paint protection facilitiesis looking for a skilled motivated and reliable Assistant Manager to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
As an Assistant Manager Auto Detailer youll work alongside our team performing high-end auto detailing services while helping manage workflow quality control and day-to-day operations. Youll ensure that vehicles are detailed to perfection and that the team is productive professional and delivering the standard of excellence our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-level auto detailing including washing polishing interior cleaning and engine bay detailing
- Assist in managing daily operations and maintaining shop cleanliness and organization
- Oversee and support junior team members to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform vehicle inspections for quality control and assist with customer check-in/check-out
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Report directly to the Shop Manager/Owner
Requirements:
- 4 years of professional auto detailing experience (Paint Correction or Ceramic Coating experience is a plus)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage a small team
- Customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Must be punctual professional and drug-free
