About Infiligence
At Infiligence we specialize in connecting exceptional talent with innovative teams. We are looking for a highly skilled and independent Senior Java Backend Developer who can take complete ownership of backend solutions-from translating business requirements into technical designs all the way through to production deployment and post-release support. The ideal candidate is not just a coder but a hands-on solutionist with a deep understanding of microservices API integration cloud platforms and production environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

Translate High-Level Designs (HLDs) and business requirements into Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and functional backend components.

Architect and implement microservices with high scalability and performance.

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.

Work with relational databases; perform schema design query optimization and data modeling.

Deploy manage and scale applications using Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new product features.

Provide production support perform issue triage and resolve system failures or bugs in a timely manner.

Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and participate in peer code reviews.
Required Skills and Experience:
-
7 years of hands-on experience with Java (Java 8 or later) and Spring Boot.

Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST API development.
-
Experience converting HLDs to LLDs and owning the full backend solution delivery.

Hands-on with SQL and databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL or MS SQL Server) including performance tuning and complex queries.

Experience with Kubernetes Docker and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or GCP.

Experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g. Splunk ELK AppDynamics).

Demonstrated ability to support production environments and perform root cause analysis.

Strong communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision in Agile
Nice to Have:
-
Exposure to workflow orchestration tools like Netflix Conductor Camunda or similar.

Familiarity with message queues (e.g. Kafka RabbitMQ).

Experience writing technical design documentation and presenting architecture decisions.
