RN - Med Surg | Permanent Role

Location: Marble Falls TX 78654
Shift: 12-Hour Days 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Schedule: 3x12s Guaranteed 36 Hours/Week
Compensation: Based on Experience

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit.
• Monitor patient conditions record vital signs and document all care provided.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians specialists and other healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans procedures and follow-up care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols safety standards and HIPAA regulations.
• Respond effectively in emergency and urgent care situations.
• Promote patient safety dignity and well-being throughout the care process.

• Strong understanding of nursing and patient care protocols.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinker with effective problem-solving and clinical judgment skills.
• Adaptable empathetic and collaborative team player.

• Completion of an accredited Nursing program (ASN or BSN).
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (in Med Surg or acute care).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
