Job Description

Job Summary (List Format): IMS Cloud Network Test/LAB Engineer

- Conduct testing and validation of IMS Network Applications on T-Mobile Private Cloud Platform.
- Perform comprehensive end-to-end network functionality testing covering IMS-based services (Voice Messaging) across 4G 5G and Wi-Fi access.
- Verify platform resiliency run negative scenarios and execute load & performance test cases.
- Ensure overall functionality and reliability of IMS Network Applications deployed on private cloud infrastructure.
- Utilize knowledge of 4G/LTE and 5G SA Cellular Networks including Packet Core and IMS Core.
- Apply expertise in IMS/SIP signaling LTE/5G and IMS network registration VoLTE/VoNR call set-up SMS/RCS signaling and SIP routing.
- Conduct lab testing review and track test cases log issues and troubleshoot network problems.
- Use network tools such as Netscout Wireshark Landslide and device test-based tools.
- Work with cloud network platform technologies especially Kubernetes and RedHat OCP/OpenShift.
- Experience with core network platforms from vendors like Mavenir Nokia or Ericsson.
