Job Description ::
Owns relationship with 6 IBMbassador schools (identified as the top schools for ELH talent via TA and business partnership
Attends at least 1 event per school in person with the business & captures leads
Develops lead forms and ensures timely follow-up and tracking in pipeline
Engages with schools 2x per season virtually (career services faculty etc.)
Serves as point of contact for IBMbassadors attending campus events & supports IBMers with access to central business funding (funding TBC)
Partners with swag/materials owner (currently a PTECH co-op) on logistics and planning
Acts as a subject matter expert on cross-domain roles and IBMs ELH strategy & process
Keeps NA ELH Campus Engagement Leader aligned with all campus activations via shared calendar
In off-season supports Always On digital events and other strategic ELH projects
