About the Department:
The Product Management department plans the sustainable product and technology roadmap for Europe and works on developing advanced full electric bus and truck series which fulfill current and future European public transportation market needs. By cooperating with European leading suppliers the Product Management department continuously upgrades design and engineering abilities for excellent product performance and quality.
Main responsibilities of the department:
European market commercial vehicle product management and localization solution implementation
Localized customer technical support
New product technical analysis and management. etc
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical management of tender documents
2. Evaluation of product technical solutions
3. Product specifications management
4. New technology and new product management
5. Localization solutions
6. Competitive Analysis
7. New product development
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
Bachelors degree in EE or ME or above.
Ability to work in a trans-global business environment in the design development production and evolution of high-tech products.
Knowledge of 3D CAD software (NX preferably) and a good understanding of possibilities in modelling / simulation.
Fluent in English & Chinese listening speaking reading and writing with a strong preference for knowledge of German or French.
Very clear and systematic thinking that demonstrates strong judgment and problem-solving competencies;
Excellent organization skills and able to work well in a team setting.
You have a creative mind and strong analytical skills
