Job Description

Part Qualified Accountant - With Study Support

Location: Hereford

Salary: 30000 - 40000 flexible working benefits

Our client is a friendly and forward-thinking accountancy practice based in Hereford. Theyre about to enter an exciting new chapter and they re looking for someone to grow with them. If you love building relationships want to work with a variety of interesting clients and are looking for a supportive team that values your ideas and your time this could be a great fit.

You might already be working as a Semi-Senior or Accounts Senior or perhaps youre someone with solid experience who s ready to step up and be part of something more meaningful.

What you ll be doing day to day:

* Prepare year-end accounts and financial statements for diverse clients including businesses and non-profits.
* Participate in audits or independent examinations with experienced manager support.
* Develop clear management accounts to aid client understanding and growth.
* Serve as a friendly and reliable client contact.
* Support and guide junior colleagues.
* Manage time and workload with flexibility and independence.

What they re looking for:

* At least 12 months experience in accountancy practice (or equivalent relevant experience).
* Part-qualified AAT/ACCA/ACA status or qualified by experience.
* Proficiency in accountancy software (or a willingness to learn).
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A valid drivers license and access to a car for occasional client visits.
* A positive motivated attitude with a genuine interest in client and colleague success.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator Sales Coordinator or any other similar role.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular).
  • Hands-on experience with any CRM software.
  • Experience with marketing/advertising campaigns.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • in Business Administration Marketing or any other relevant field.
