Pay Rate:$24/hour
Shift/Hours:Monday Friday 6:00 AM 4:00 PM (Day Shift)
Overtime:Available including occasional Saturdays
Job Type:Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and skilledMaintenance Technician (HVAC Specialist)to support our facility in Pryor OK. This position is primarily responsible for the preventative maintenance troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems while also contributing to general maintenance across manufacturing equipment and infrastructure. This role plays a vital part in ensuring plant reliability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems including air handlers chillers exhaust fans and VAV boxes
Diagnose and repair HVAC-related issues such as refrigerant leaks and electrical faults
Assist with the installation and replacement of HVAC equipment
Conduct general mechanical electrical and plumbing maintenance for facility and equipment
Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing machinery such as motors pumps conveyors and pneumatic systems
Respond promptly to maintenance service calls and emergency issues
Maintain a clean safe and organized work area
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Basic understanding of mechanical systems
Previous experience using tools or performing basic repairs (preferred)
Eagerness to learn about factory equipment and HVAC systems
Reliable and responsible with the ability to follow instructions
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Comfortable using computers for basic data entry or documentation
Flexible to work various shifts including some weekends or on-call as needed
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Able to stand walk bend and climb for extended periods
Comfortable working in various environments (heat cold noise)
Manual dexterity for operating tools and equipment
