We re hiring a Superintendent to lead the field operations for water and wastewater treatment plant (WTP/WWTP) construction projects in North Carolina. This role is critical in managing daily job site activity maintaining safety coordinating subcontractors and driving projects to completion on time on budget and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities
Direct day-to-day site operations and subcontractor activities
Coordinate materials labor and equipment
Lead safety protocols toolbox talks and site inspections
Review plans manage 3-week look ahead schedules and track milestones
Maintain site documentation reports and as-built records
Collaborate with PMs engineers inspectors and owners
Monitor costs ensure quality control and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
5 years of experience as a Superintendent in WTP/WWTP or heavy civil projects
Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and water infrastructure
Ability to read construction documents and manage teams in the field
Physically capable of navigating active job sites (climb ladders lift 50 lbs walk job sites)
Excellent leadership communication and time management skills
Willing to travel locally as needed
