- Perform stress analysis of onshore and offshore pipelines using CAESAR II or equivalent software.
- Ensure pipeline systems comply with international codes such as ASME B31.3 B31.4 B31.8 and client standards.
- Evaluate thermal expansion sustained occasional and dynamic loading conditions.
- Collaborate with piping designers civil/structural and process engineers to resolve layout and loading issues.
- Prepare detailed stress analysis reports and provide technical recommendations.
- Support pipe support design and layout reviews.
Pipeline Stress Engineer (experience minimum 10 years) shall be familiar with pipeline design in accordance with ASME B31.4 AGES- SPfor water injection sub headers and flow lines and trained with software Ceaser II for any re-verification.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 10years of experience in pipeline or piping stress analysis.
- Proficient in CAESAR II AutoPIPE or similar stress analysis software.
- Strong understanding of ASME codes and pipeline engineering practices.
