What Youll Lead & Accomplish
Project Leadership
- Spearhead multi-million dollar construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules with critical milestone tracking
- Drive seamless coordination across design procurement construction startup and commissioning phases
- Ensure on-time on-budget delivery while maintaining exceptional quality standards
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead cross-functional project teams including superintendents engineers and trade contractors
- Select coordinate and manage high-performing subcontractor teams
- Maintain clear communication channels with owners architects and internal stakeholders
- Influence key decisions through strong leadership and collaborative problem-solving
Strategic Project Control
- Develop and manage project budgets to maximize profitability and meet contractual obligations
- Identify potential risks early and implement proactive contingency strategies
- Issue subcontracts and purchase orders with precision and attention to detail
- Secure necessary permits and licenses while ensuring contract compliance
- Execute comprehensive project closeout processes for seamless handover
What You Bring to the Team
Professional Experience
- 5 years of Construction Project Management experience
- Proven track record in Manufacturing Industrial or Distribution construction (preferred)
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Construction Science or Civil Engineering (preferred)
Technical Expertise
- Strong foundation in construction methodologies and industry best practices
- Experience with project scheduling budgeting and cost control systems
- Understanding of permit processes and contract administration
- Knowledge of startup and commissioning procedures
Leadership & Communication
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive team performance
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholder groups
