Key Responsibilities:
- Handle diverse caseloads including wrongful termination FEHA claims sexual abuse PAGA wage and hour disputes and whistleblower claims
- Draft settlement and demand letters complaints and motions
- Prepare for depositions and trials
- Engage in class certification motions and class-wide settlements
- Participate in court proceedings
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in employment and business litigation
- Law firm experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills for client and court interactions
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the firms approach
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $125000 to $180000 based on experience
