JOB TITLE:Industrial Maintenance Technician
DEPARTMENT:Maintenance and Facilities
SHIFT:1st Shift (7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m.; Overtime as required)
PAY RANGE:$30.00 $35.00 per hour depending on experience

SUMMARY
AGC is looking for a hands-onIndustrial Maintenance Technicianwith solid experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance. This role supports equipment and facility operations by performing preventative and corrective maintenance on systems includingelectrical panels motors pumps HVAC and mechanical infrastructure.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnose and repairindustrial equipment: pumps motors fans conveyors and more
Maintain and troubleshootelectrical systems including panels wiring and controls
Perform scheduledpreventative maintenanceon plant and facility equipment
Install maintain and repairpneumatic hydraulic and plumbing systems
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment; complete pre-operation checks
Fabricate weld or modify brackets and components as needed
Maintain clean organized and safe work and storage areas (5S)
Accurately document maintenance work repairs and inspections
Assist with equipment installations moves and continuous improvement projects
Complete general facility upkeep safety tasks and other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years of industrialmaintenanceexperience in amanufacturing or industrial environment
Proficient in troubleshootingelectrical systems motors and mechanical drives
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings schematics and manuals
Familiarity with OSHA safety protocols especiallyLOTO and PPEusage
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Forklift operation experience preferred (in-house certification)
SAFETY & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Compliance with all AGC and OSHA safety protocols is mandatory. Training and certification will be provided as needed for job-specific tasks and equipment.
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Stand and walk throughout the shift; perform physical tasks regularly
Lift/move up to 25 lbs.; climb kneel and work in elevated areas
Exposure to machinery noise and indoor/outdoor conditions as required
