Job Description
In this position youll have the opportunity to: Develop manufacturing team to focus on growth portion of the Therma-Tru business. Incumbent will focus on developing manufacturing processes that are driven by engaged associates using safe manufacturing practices quality principles and productive processes. This manager will engage Product Engineering to collectively assure manufacturability of the product to meet our customers expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop team to grow and support business unit growth to $250MM.
- Drive positive trends and variance in flexible cost structure.
- Drive improvements in operations (area of Safety Quality Customer Service Index Cost Drive Initiatives Housekeeping and Leadership).
- Drive and become a Champion of OEE metrics and improvement plans.
- Drive improvements and simplification process to control inventory accuracy and minimize transactions to process material in production of door Units.
- Develop robust processes and leverage processes to be productive.
- Drive support resources to understand product-manufacturing issues that impact environmental safety quality and productivity.
- Interface with Product Management and Supply Chain to assure suppliers of components are meeting quality expectations and delivered on time to support CSI.
- Support and drive 100% on-time delivery.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree required; technical or engineering background preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial acumen and experience managing cost structures.
Additional Information :
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $80000 USD - $124000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based sales incentive plan.
