Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience of 10 years.
- Hands on working experience in SAP Project Management specifically in SAP S/4HANA projects.
- In-depth knowledge of core SAP modules: FI CO MM SD PP HCM.
- Proven leadership stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA Confluence and Rally.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a globally distributed delivery setup.
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the team in pre-sales activities related to Agile including preparing and writing proposals and creating artifacts.
- Drive consulting revenue through existing and new accounts.
- Leverage consulting opportunities to drive downstream revenues for the client.
- Create and present case studies to potential clients.
- Regularly interact train and coach C-level executives at the clients end.
- Manage and track KPIs and metrics across Portfolio Program and Team levels.
- Ensure client satisfaction at all stages of the project.
- Identify project/service stakeholders early and work with them to ensure deliverables align with business case benefits.
- Plan organize and monitor projects to deliver high-quality business solutions.
- Define the scope of the project/service and manage goals risks issues and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and manage team members by providing constant on-the-job feedback and guidance.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
