WHATS THE JOB
Marek Hospitality is a Canadian company that specializes in providing food services in Healthcare dining. Our teams of culinary and hospitality professionals share a passion for great food and service. We celebrate culinary achievement encourage creativity and challenge and reward our people for outstanding work. We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to work at our Tim Hortons location. This role will provide an exceptional experience going above and beyond for our guests and creating a safe and fun working environment for our staff. The schedule for this role would include evenings and weekends.
The position will...
- Learn and become skilled in Tim Hortons beverage and food stations
- Complete Tim Horton training modules
- Maintain speed of service standards
- Cross-trained to work in the Marek Caf while assisting the other areas of the unit
- Completing and upholding food safety standards and procedures
- Responsible for cash handling and cash register
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times supporting an environment that strives to create exceptional culinary experiences
Qualifications :
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
The competencies and qualifications needed...
- Available afternoon / evening
- Available Weekend
- Previous experience working in a Tim Hortons or another fast pace food service establishment
- Able to communicate well in written and verbal English
- Experience as a cashier cash handling and cash management.
