Our Customer teams are a curious creative bunch always looking for new ways to deliver on Jetstars customer strategy and keep our brand recognised and connected to the hearts and minds of our passengers. Their knowledge of our passengers is as strong as their expertise in driving Jetstars revenue performance. The team use insight-led and nuanced campaigns to drive our revenue and help more people take off more often.
As the Project Specialist you will facilitate the cross-functional delivery of project initiatives for the Jetstar customer and commercial functions from idea to implementation. Reporting into the Manager Customer Transformation and working alongside Project Managers you will be responsible for supporting the co-ordination and delivery of project milestones and objectives against agreed business case timeframes and KPIs ensuring that all aspects of change management at a Group and Airline level are achieved.
