Role Overview

Hale Kipa is looking for individuals to fill our Senior Therapist II positions for a new Expanded Crisis Support Intensive In-Home Intensive Independent Living Skills and Therapeutic Foster Homes program funded by the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Division. We are seeking to fill 1 full time position on Oahu providing service to the Central/Leeward areas of Oahu.

This position will be responsible for incorporating comprehensive case management skills to effectively coordinate and monitor the delivery of mental health services. Responsibilities also include conducting thorough assessments developing individualized care plans and ensuring seamless communication between all parties involved in the youths care; and utilize strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage caseloads track progress mental health evaluations (MHE) and adjust interventions as needed to achieve optimal outcomes for youth and their families.

Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Human Service filed
  • Have undergone at least 1 year of supervision
  • Must be credentialed by the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division at least at the MHP level.

Requirements

  • Access to a vehicle for the purpose of transporting youth.
  • Possession of a valid drivers license.
  • Current auto insurance and safety check.
