Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate personalized clinical support to clients enrolled in Lindoras weight management and hormone replacement therapy programs.

Educate clients about HRT protocols expected outcomes side effects and lifestyle factors that support optimal results.

Perform clinical procedures such as injections blood draws and vital sign monitoring with confidence and care.

Track progress and ensure meticulous documentation of client visits and treatment adjustments.

Collaborate with clinic leadership and fellow team members to maintain a clean welcoming and efficient clinical environment.

Guide clients toward wellness products and services that align with their goals and treatment plans.

Clinical Skills:

Skilled in injections (including testosterone and other hormone therapies) blood draws and general clinical procedures.

Comfortable working with clients undergoing bioidentical hormone therapy and medical weight loss.

Competent in documenting clinical data and communicating updates clearly.
Qualifications:

Active unencumbered LPN license in the state of Tennessee (or compact license).

Current CPR certification.
-
Prior experience in wellness clinics hormone therapy med spas or urgent care is highly preferred.
