Position Overview:
As a Logistics Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our supply chain and logistics operations. You will work closely with our procurement distribution and inventory teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of medical supplies and equipment to our facilities. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the smooth flow of supplies and minimizing costs ultimately contributing to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate supply chain and logistics operations to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies
- Coordinate with procurement team to negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers
- Collaborate with distribution team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies to our facilities
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain process
- Generate reports and provide insights to management on supply chain performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of healthcare supply chain and regulations is a plus
