Who you are:
The Program Director of Value-Based Care and Clinical Transformation is responsible for the overall direction execution and management of the Value-Based Program as well as execution of strategic clinical partnerships with providers. This role will report to the Associate Chief Medical Offer Quality & Transformation.
This person will oversee the strategy development and execution of JHHPs Value-Based Program across all lines of business. The Value-Based Program is a key driver of provider engagement in quality performance health outcomes and population health management. The role involves VBC program design and negotiation oversight of program operations and provider engagement/partnership development.
Collaboration with finance and analytics on financial modeling and business planning as well as provider contracting
Business ownership of the VBC provider reporting package; guide the reporting/analytics needs of providers
Maintaining an intimate knowledge of industry best practices in value-based care
Awareness of JHHPs provider network and the evolution of value-based care in our market
Oversee the Provider Engagement & Clinical Transformation team that manages provider relationships and building out strategic payer-provider partnerships
What youll do:
This position will be charged with execution of strategic partnerships with providers as it relates to clinical transformation efforts to improve access to care health equity and adoption of innovative clinical models. This work is to closely partner with the
ACMO and Line of Business Leads to develop concepts and approaches that support strategic priorities for the organization that require advanced provider collaboration.
Has responsibility for hiring firing performance management and results of assigned areas
What youll bring:
Knowledge of provider contracting methodologies value-based care models and pricing strategies
Experience interpreting and utilizing clinical data analytics and outcome measures to drive change
Demonstrated experience in the Managed Care environment
Budget management and personnel management experience
Customer mindset with proven ability to build positive provider relationships gain trust and respect and influence clinicians
Ability to interact with provider management in discussions and presentations related to the clinical side of their value-based arrangements
Strong communication relationship building and facilitation skills
Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Finance Health Care Administration or a clinical field. Masters degree in relevant field preferred but not required
Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in health care including experience with value-based care models with strong financial and analytic skills.

Salary Range: Minimum$48.29/hour - Maximum$77.27/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
