Job Description

Title: Lunchroom SupervisorReports to: Principal Position Summary: The role of the Lunchroom Supervisor is to monitor the daily routines of students both eating lunch and/or at recess. Key Duties & Responsibilities: -Supervise the daily routines of the cafeteria and/or playground including indoor and outdoor environments; -Responsible for reporting any issues with the maintenance of playground equipment; Notify teachers/administration of any challenging behaviors of students; -Supports the social/emotional needs of students and behavior plans; -Assist students with basic needs during lunch duties such as cutting food opening packages and cleaning up spills; -Take children to the restroom or school nurse as needed; -Answer questions from students and staff; -Administer basic first-aid as needed; -Other related duties as assigned.
